How to Request a Loan
Go to www.nesteggs401k.com under Employee 401(k) Login and login to your Participant account
Select Menu Tab Manage and then select Loans
Select Loan Modeling and the TAKE ME THERE tab
Enter Loan Type, Principal Amount, Term, and Payments /Cycle (dropdown will show pay schedule for your Plan)
Loan types of Residential will be required to submit a signed Purchase Agreement for the new primary residence.
Once you select the Loan Type, ‘Amount Available’ on the right side of the screen will show you the maximum loan amount available based on your vested account balance and other outstanding loans
Select Calculate Payment button to view a model of the Loan – this WILL NOT initiate a loan request
If needed, generate alternative Models by repopulating the fields with new terms and selecting Calculate Payment
Loan details including per pay period Payment Amount will be displayed on the bottom right of the screen
To view the sample amortization schedule for the proposed loan, select Sample Payment Schedule button
Once you have generated a repayment schedule that meets your needs, select Request Loan button
NestEggs will send your loan application and promissory note to your email address via DocuSign for security verification and your e-Signature within 1 business day of receiving your request.
After you complete the security verification and e-Signature steps, your application will automatically be routed to your employer for a Trustee e-Signature.
Once the Trustee e-Signature is complete, your loan will be processed and issued per your payment delivery instructions indicated on your application.
Loans will be automatically sent as a check via regular USPS mail. If you would like the check shipping expedited, please note that with your loan application and be advised there is an additional $30.00 charge.
ACH/direct deposit is not currently available for loan requests.
A final loan amortization schedule will be sent to your Plan Administrator by NestEggs for payments to begin deduction from payroll.
