How to Request a Withdrawal

To initiate your withdrawal request, log into your online NestEggs account - Login

Select Manage then select Withdrawal Request

This will open an intake form for you to complete and submit

Choose your applicable withdrawal type

• Certain withdrawal types have special requirements. NestEggs will review your request to confirm whether or not you qualify under your plans terms.

After your intake form is submitted, NestEggs will review your request and will send you an electronic withdrawal request form to your email address via DocuSign

Once you receive the DocuSign request form, you will be prompted to complete a two-step security verification process

After both security steps are complete, you will be able to provide your payment instructions on the form and e-Sign

Next, your form will automatically be routed to your employer for Trustee e-Signature authorization

Once the Trustee signature is complete, NestEggs will process your request and issue your payment per the instructions indicated on your form

• Please note that distributions are sent via USPS by default unless you choose next-business day mailing via FedEx for an additional fee
